Brookwood Booster Club

The Brookwood Booster Club is a parent-run, non-profit organization that supports Brookwood Elementary School through fundraising and volunteer efforts while building a sense of community with fun and educational activities in order to enhance the quality of education for Brookwood students.

All meetings are held at Brookwood and everyone is welcome!!

The Brookwood Parent Booster Club is open to all parents and guardians. Anyone is welcome to attend the monthly meetings, volunteer to help with Booster sponsored activities that help the school, and be Board Members.  All volunteers must complete the HSD required application & background check

Some of the activities and fundraisers that the Parent Booster Club will be organizing are:

  • Family Meet and Greet
  • Jog-A-Thon
  • Monthly Restaurant Nights
  • Scholastic Book Fairs
  • Coin Battle
  • Bingo Night
  • Bike & Walk to School
  • and much more!!!!

The funds the Parent Booster Club have raised in the past have helped by:

  • putting technology in the classrooms
  • Chess Club funding
  • enabling after-school programs
  • supporting school-wide reading programs
  • funding field trips
  • sixth grade recognition
  • new musicical instruments
  • Lego Robotics club funding
  • literacy enrichment
  • assembly programs
  • updating classroom emergency buckets
  • partially funding Outdoor School
  • installing new playground structures
  • purchasing playground and PE equipment
  • AmeriCorps
  • volunteer tracker program funding
  • providing volunteers for Field Day, school pictures, dental van, and other school-sponsored events
  • and much more!!

Tagged blue bags can be picked up at any time in the front office or contact at brookwoodboosters@gmail.com. Fill with redeemable cans and bottles (plastic and glass acceptable), then drop off at any BottleDrop redemption kiosk by scanning the tag to open the door. No personal account required.
